Real MLD compression shorts is the first and only compression garment that assists in the recovery of Avéli, BBL reduction, Hip reduction and Lipectomy procedures. The pressure from this garment helps blood and lymph circulation and can help prevent or reduce swelling, relieve pain, and improve circulation in the butt, hip, and thigh areas. Improved circulation can lead to quicker recovery times with less development of fribrotic tissue.

Incisions must be closed / scabbed and not leaking prior to use. Created to reduce swelling, scar tissue, and development of a seroma.  *DO NOT use earlier than 6 months post-op of a BBL and always get clearance from your surgeon when to start and stop wearing these compression shorts.
